Yo toco is spanish and translates to “ I play” (an instrument). And that’s really all this trio - and sometimes extended quartet ever does. Fueled by Latin Jazz and Brazilian music “Yo toco” simply lives for communication and pure joy in music. The personal connection and friendship of this group reaches back to study times at Maastricht Conservatory where spanish guitarist David Minguillon, vocalist Sara Decker and Drummer/ Percussionist Jeroen Truyen ultimately met. Supported by Cologne based Bassist David Andres the trio extends to a shinning quartet setting.
